This limits modding potential due to the existence of three Umbral polarized slots but most builds have minimal impact. It's given to all players for completing a necessary story quest so we have all builds using the Umbral variant. is a direct upgrade to the base as it shares all of the same abilities other than Radial Blind. Tertiary defensive arcanes like Arcane Aegis or Arcane Ultimatum are usually the call. It can be replaced if you don't like the inconsistency associated with a 15% proc. Offensive arcanes like Arcane Avenger or Arcane are usually the call.Īrcane Trickery is no longer as strong when combined with Marked for Death and radial finisher nukes but it still can provide free survivability when it procs on the original finisher kill. It can be replaced if you have other strong forms of energy recovery either through abilities or other energy support frames. Other augments can be used but their inability to synergize with Marked for Death in many scenarios can make them redundant.Īrcane Energize synergizes with and keeps your energy topped off. is necessary for the build to function.Augur Set mods also provide survivability through consistent shield gating but Rolling Guard or Brief Respite can be used as replacement., Stretch, and Overextended can be considered flex mods when playing on smaller tilesets or when you're camping a single room., , and are relatively weak sources of Strength that can be replaced if you're using Blind Rage or another way to hit the 200% Strength breakpoint. The following suggestions are an outline and aren't exhaustive.
